🛍️ Due to Hygiene and Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging. Lingerie products cannot be returned. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.
⏳ What is the return period?
You may return an unopened product within 15 calendar days of delivery if you have purchased the product, received it, and no longer want it.
📦 Who pays for shipping costs when making a return?
- Change of mind / Don’t like the product: Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
- Faulty items: If the return is due to a defect, IntimatePoint will cover the return shipping cost when the issue is reported within 5 calendar days from the delivery date. If the return is requested after 5 calendar days from delivery, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A photo and short description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).
Customers have 5 days to verify the integrity of all items in the order and confirm that all items are included as ordered. After these 5 days, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for damages or issues with the shipment will be accepted.
💰 Refund Eligibility & Method
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is returned within the 15-day return period and complies with our hygiene/packaging requirements (unopened).
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
Refund method: Refunds are normally issued to your original payment method. If a different arrangement is agreed (for example, store credit), we will clearly inform you. Refund processing begins once we receive and inspect the returned item.
⏱️ How long does it take to issue a refund?
From the moment we receive the package at our facilities, please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to inspect the item and issue a response. After approval, refunds are then processed back to your original payment method; the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
🚚 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
📦 Do I have to keep the original packaging?
Yes. Since these are intimate hygiene products, it is essential that returned items are sent in their original packaging. For return processing, please:
- Keep the product in its original packaging.
- Place the original packaging inside a separate outer box to protect it during shipping.
- Include all accessories and any documentation that came with the item.
Failure to return items in their original packaging and with all accessories may affect the outcome of your refund.

All items are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
